Free Shipping on Orders $75+
Please note this is a slower service than our paid services as orders with Free Shipping ship by USPS First Class or Ground. If you need your order faster, you can still use Priority Mail.
Shipping Times
Receiving your items from Laseresque asap is our priority. Once your order ships, we will notify you by email and provide tracking. Because we ship with US Postal, we can ship to a PO BOX, home, or business address.
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days from our Florida location. During peak seasons, this can run as high at 4 or 5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. Once your order ships you will be notified by email with a tracking number. The estimated shipping time that you can select at checkout includes our 2-3 day processing time.
Please contact us if your order is time sensitive as we can usually accommodate these situations. If you place multiple orders to the same shipping address, we may combine those into one shipment.
USA Shipping Rates
USPS First Class
For lightweight orders under 1 pound we can offer discounted First Class Service. Rates are based on the product weight. This is a good option if your order is not time sensitive and lightweight.
USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail is an expedited service available for all products in our store. If your product weight is 1 pound or more, it will be the only service option available. Rates are based on the weight of the product. This is a good option if your order needs to arrive more timely.
Shipping on Exchanges
When you make an exchange with Laseresque, we will cover return shipping back to you.
Multiple Packages
If your order needs to ship in multiple packages, there will be no additional cost to you.
International Shipping Rates
We will ship to most destinations outside of the USA. We will ship with US Postal Services that will work with your local postal system. Rates are based on the weight of your order and fees charged by US Postal.
Import fees, duties, or import taxes are not collected by us and are not part of your shipping fees charged by us. Your country may charge these fees upon delivery.
There is currently no Free Shipping option for international orders.
When Errors are Made By Us
We will cover all shipping expenses if we make an error on your order. Our goal is your 100% Satisfaction and nothing less. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we make it right before sending us anything back. You deserve to receive what you expected and paid for.
If you are missing a product from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
