Returns / Refund Policy
Laseresque offers the following Returns Policy:
As you would expect we do not accept returns on any item that has been customized unless of course there is an error in the customization. If this is the case then simply follow the non-customized procedure below.
All non-customized products may be returned if within 7 business days from receipt of the merchandize a request for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) has been made. To request the RMA please send an email to Returns@Laseresque.com describing the reasons for the return. If the product is defective we will attempt to replace it. For those products that are not able to be replaced we will issue either a store credit or a gift certificate.
